Green Velo

The Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary was erected in 1887 on a plan of four squares. The largest of them is the nave, the others are the presbytery, the foyer and its vestibule.

The building is a log wall design and all sections are of the same height. The iconostasis has survived from the original furnishings, with some icons removed. At present, they decorate the walls of the church. Next to the church, there is a wooden belfry with a fake bell chamber.
