Green Velo

The church in Hanna was founded in the first half of the 18^th century by Hieronim F. Radziwiłł as a Uniate church. With the liquidation of the Uniate diocese of Chełm, it was converted into an Orthodox church, which it remained until 1918.

The modest three-part building is covered with a high roof with three domed towers. Inside, a polychrome painting spread on a canvas glued to walls and ceiling draws the visitors’ attention.
