Willa Ostoja is located on a large (3500 m2) fenced area in the buffer zone of the Świętokrzyski National Park. A large, spacious villa with the character of a guesthouse consists of 8 rooms (from 12 to 50 m2) with bathrooms, a 55-meter living room, dining room and kitchen. A large terrace adjoins the house from the south-east. Currently, the facility can accommodate 6 people in comfortable 3 rooms with bathrooms.
In the basement part there is a garage for two cars and a laundry room. In the immediate vicinity, there is a farm building with a workshop for repairing mechanical equipment, including bicycles.
The house is surrounded by old trees. There is a possibility of lighting a fire in a stone hearth.
