Green Velo

Both the village and the municipality are yet undiscovered by tourists and bear a multicultural touch.

The residents’ religious affiliations are reflected in the historic temples: the wooden church of St Stanislaus the Bishop and Martyr and the Orthodox church of St Barbara. Milejczyce used to be inhabited by Jews, and the brick synagogue with the star of David on the façade, as well as the remains of a cemetery are a reminder of their presence. The area also includes the Wał reservoir and several ponds with a educational mini-path.
